INTERNSHIPS AT GUERRILLA

At Guerrilla we're a passionate team of creators, storytellers, and innovators who thrive on breaking boundaries and creating adventures that captivate players. As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.

OUR ENCOUNTER TEAM

At the heart of our open world games, the Encounter Team creates exciting combat encounters and challenging gameplay activities that keep players engaged. We work hand-in-hand with the Art Team to craft compelling combat spaces, and collaborate with the Game Code Team to develop the systems that power our content. By collaborating closely with the other World Content Design Teams, we ensure they have the content and support they need to bring the world to life. Our work connects multiple disciplines, making us a key part of the game's development.

WHO YOU ARE

In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study
  • Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
  • Able to live and work in the Netherlands
  • Available for an Internship starting September 2025

Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience with 3D world and level building tools as well as a technical background in scripting and content setup (visual editors preferred)
  • Experience creating combat encounters and/or open world quests or activities.
  • A passion for creating engaging gameplay experiences.
  • And some experience creating open world combat spaces.

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio in order to qualify for the internship.
