Apprentice Pathway Program

Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. This is why we built the Apprentice Pathway Program, a workforce development program that provides apprenticeships to job seekers from nontraditional backgrounds. Together, we can change the way the world hires.

Our vision is to help talented, motivated job seekers secure lasting employment in the tech field.

How does the program work?

  • Apprentice joins Sony Interactive as a contingent worker.
  • The program lasts for 6 months, during which they are a working member of a team.
  • They gain hands-on experience and insight into the work.
  • They work directly for a hiring manager and as a peer with team members.
  • After the term, the contract can be extended, or they can separate.
