INTERNSHIPS AT GUERRILLA

At Guerrilla we're a passionate team of creators, storytellers, and innovators who thrive on breaking boundaries and creating adventures that captivate players. As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.

OUR WORKFLOW DEV TEAM

At Guerrilla, we aim to streamline the artist’s workflow to the greatest extent possible.

We build pipelines and tool sets for animators, modelers and other content creation teams, using our extensive DCC export framework. With this framework we support content creation in Maya, Motion Builder, Houdini, USD and more. We work closely together with the other programming teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the pipeline.

We are proud of creating an innovative, powerful toolset and of supporting content creation teams to achieve their vision!

We are a social team. Some of us take daily afternoon walks together, go to the gym with other Guerrillas, or play a (competitive) game of ping pong. We have Friday Social, and monthly board game sessions. Our primary objective may be to build games, but we build friendships as well.

WHO YOU ARE

In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
  • Able to live and work in the Netherlands
  • Available for an Internship starting September 2025

Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Competent in Python with a focus on clean design and an eye for optimization
  • Competent in Maya
  • A strong written & verbal communicator

Plusses:

  • Competent in other DCC packages such as Blender, Houdini, Motion Builder, etc.
  • An understanding of game development pipelines and production cycles

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio in order to qualify for the internship.
