OUR WORKPLACE TEAM

Our Workplace Team is the engine behind Guerrilla’s smooth day-to-day studio operations. We care for both our physical space and the people who work in it. The team is led by the Lead Workplace Manager and includes two Workplace Managers, two Workplace Assistants, 2 Receptionists and one intern.

We’re a hands-on, solutions-focused team with a service-oriented mindset. We take pride in creating a welcoming, organized and efficient working environment for our colleagues and guests. As our new Workplace Intern, you’ll be part of a supportive team where no task is too small, and where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn about Workplace management in a vibrant, creative setting.

WHO YOU ARE

In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study (Hospitality, Event, Leisure, Facility management)
• Aged 18 or over
• Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
• Able to live and work in the Netherlands
• Available for an Internship starting September 2025

Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:

• An interest in Workplace Operations, Hospitality or Facility management
• A proactive, positive, service-minded attitude and a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• The ability to multitask and stay calm during busy moments
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• A flexible mindset and eagerness to learn by doing

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio and able to work in the Netherlands in order to qualify for the internship
