INTERNSHIPS AT GUERRILLA

At Guerrilla we're a passionate team of creators, storytellers, and innovators who thrive on breaking boundaries and creating adventures that captivate players. As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.

OUR TEAM

Our team is dedicated to the art of world-building, collaborating closely with the Concept team and Art Direction to create compositions that breathe life into our game worlds. We work with a diverse range of themes to craft immersive environments:

  • From lush natural landscapes to dry deserts and snowy peaks
  • Vibrant human settlements, rustic campsites and destroyed outposts
  • Ancient remnants of the old world, overgrown skyscrapers and crumbling ruins
  • Collaborating closely with the Design team we craft engaging gameplay experiences while telling captivating narratives.

WHO YOU ARE

In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study
  • Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
  • Able to live and work in the Netherlands
  • Available for an Internship starting September 2025

Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A good understanding of the use of silhouette and composition to build visually impressive scenes
  • Good communication skills and experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
  • A passion for world building and visual storytelling
  • Experience with a DCC package and game engine such as Unity or Unreal
  • Good problem solving skills

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio and able to work in the Netherlands
